You have a corrupt source tree, probably improperly updated from
21.4.5. This bug was introduced in 21.4.5.
I have checked that it is _not_ in 21.4.6 or 21.4.6 (Windows) in CVS.
Nor is it in the main tarball. So please try updating again.
