There are only two "projects" -- the Help hyperlinks and the generalized
activation stuff -- and they're closely related and nearly done (i.e.
it's already working, just needs some polishing up and merging with the
existing CVS base). I got seriously distracted by the process stuff.
(It's a learning project for me to stay focused on one thing, but totally
necessary because of my hands ...) I'll finish this stuff up at the
beginning of April, when I get back from Japan.

This sounds like a bunch of projects. It would be nice if you could
specify which ones you plan to finish by 21.2 release. We'll have to
introduce a feature freeze sooner or later, and it's been a long time
since the last release.
Note that feature freeze does not mean that your work stops; soon
after the freeze, a new development branch is opened.

In order to save my hands, I am cutting back on my mail. I also write
as succinctly as possible -- please don't be offended. If you send me
mail, you _will_ get a response, but please be patient, especially for
XEmacs-related mail. If you need an immediate response and it is not
apparent in your message, please say so. Thanks for your understanding.
