Ah... right. I still do not understand completely. Can CYGWIN actually
display _both_ native win32 and X frames in the same instance of X emacs?
Answer...
A. Yes.
B. No. It can just display X frames but it runs under NT.
Ad B. Then this is a bug, X frames are type X wherever they run.
Ad A. I am impressed. However this is makes it fairly difficult to
solve the problem now.
