Users are typically expected to customize their Roundup installation to
their needs. It was designed with that in mind. It has a very flexible
architecture that supports user-provided plugins. I believe that's where
the bulk of the customization lies. Also, the Roundup maintainer is closely
involved with this particular instance (it is written in Python). I'm sure
any general fixes to the Roundup core were fed back for future releases.
