packages-get doesn't work anymore
i get an error about the from the process filter....
I tracked it down to:
C-x C-f
/anonymous＠ftp.xemacs.org:/pub/xemacs/packages/package-index.LATEST.pgp
fails
C-x C-f
/ftp＠ftp.xemacs.org:/pub/xemacs/packages/package-index.LATEST.pgp
works
package-get uses the "anonymous" user.
So, I'm guessing something with the anon ftp on tux broke or changed.
