Nope. After upgrading to the latest Oort from CVS, no change in
behavior. Even with (setq mail-interactive t) in my .emacs. Even
with your one-line sendmail.el patch applied.
Tres weird. Can you perhaps edebug message-send-mail-with-sendmail to
see what happens?
