As Michael said, org-mode depends on outline-mode.
I am a big fan of org-mode, I use the spreadsheet and the
preview-latex-fragments functionality frequently. So if I
can help testing the finished org-mode Xemacs pkg, let me
know.
However a lot of functions do not work in Xemacs, for
example export to ODT. I would no mind try to port the
latter into Xemacs. But there are much more examples. So we
might get a couple of complains concerning org-mode if we
put in as a package.
The other issue is that for 21.4.X we would need to use a
older version of org-mode, namely 6.3X.
Or we desactivate org-mode for 21.4 directly.
