Issue not found in tracker!? (was: [issue]: syntax failure in Objective-C Mode [patch])

I tried to see what had happened to this issue. Since it contained [issue] in the subject I assumed it would be in the tracker but I can't find it there. I though all mails marked with [issue] would be inserted in the tracker. Am I wrong or is there something wrong with the connection between mails and the tracker? And when we are at it -- About the patch. Anyone who has looked at it?
