Hmm, I remember KDE being ported to cygwin ... is it the QT GPL'ed
here or the other one? If it isn't you're stuck with the same problem
again: you can build xemacs-kde-qt on windows and therefore link it
with non-GPL'ed software.
I don't get it anyway; as far as I understood rms, you have to get an
exceptional permission to link GPL'ed software with not-GPL'ed one
(which includes windows for me). Isn't cygwin GPL'ed? And what about
all the other GPL'ed software - like the cvs server - that have beed
ported to windows?
