XEmacs 21.5b28 ported that syntax from SXEmacs in 2007 ;)

What are the plans for XEmacs (in general) with new releases? Is XEmacs
21.5 going to be the new "released" version at some point? And are you
going to import stuff en masse (like url.el and friends) from Emacs
after you've gotten the GPLv3 stuff done?
