vc problems

1. After vc-register, xemacs does not reread the file and tag it as running under RCS/CVS. 2. With three windows up (in different directories), vc-toggle-read-only an RCS'd file. Make some changes, then vc-revert-buffer. File will be reverted, but the edited file will not change in the directory. What's worse/dangerous, a copy of the reverted version will appear in one of the directories associated with the other windows. This is with the latest rcs and cvs versions, xemacs 21.2.43, and the 2000-10-6 version of vc.el. Albert
