 This has turned into a blocker for building "21.5-b34" in order to use it for
the package smoketest. 
Is that the beta tarball? If so, this is just address space layout
randomization interacting with pdump; see the changes from November 2017, 
a3aa49cd5d75 , 0ea0f070cae2 , and 00726cf74255 .
