The warnings should go away if you delete one of the redundant
hierarchies. Unfortunately, the new packages are in the "short"
hierarchy, which is actually the one you should delete. So move them
first. Sorry, but that's the way it is.
I've reported this before, I believe I know what causes it, and if so
it'll get fixed in the near future.
