TPU and EDT emulation

Using XEMACS 21.0 under widows 95, I am having problems with key mapping the numeric keypad. 1) TPU and EDT emulation use the numlock key as a prefix key(gold key), I am unable to get any echo i.e. using the 'describe-key' function from XEMACS when I hit this key. 2) Whether numlock is on or off, I still have problems e.g. with numlock on kp_4 is echoed as '4' with numlock off kp_4 is echoed as 'left' Is there any way that I can get kp_4 echoed as kp_4 or kp_left so I may use it as an application keypad key ? Using X windows and XEMACS version 19.11 allowed these keys to be set-up, is the only option to use X windows ? Any help would be appreciated. Regards Dave Hollingdale
