+1 to all packages. Even with all packages XEmacs is not a big
download these days.
I have uploaded a new setup kit containing all the packages to
http://ftp.xemacs.org/windows/testing/XEmacs_Setup_21.5-2011-12-01.exe
. It's not much larger than the old one: 35MB vs. 27MB.
