How? I find no reference to X11 in nt/config.inc.samp. It looks to
me like whatever support there was in XEmacs for X11 under native
Windows has bit-rotted. Cygwin is another matter.
But IIRC, X11.7 no longer uses the old Imake build process, so they
may not be relevant any more, and removal would make more sense.
