Dear Bug Team!
The bug if a bit hard to describe, but it is easy to reproduce
(both using this RH 9 shipped xemacs, and just compiled
xemacs-21.5-b14
1) start xemacs (with or without -vanilla option), in X window
mode
2) open another frame using m-x 5 2
3) go to the first frame and move cursor at the beginning of
*scratch* buffer
4) go to the second frame, write something at the end of
*scratch* buffer, like `foobar'
5) now, cut like `bar' with left mouse button pressed, then
go to xterm and paste the contents (run wc there first).
... one should expect that `bar' is pasted. But in my case,
data from start of the scratch (where cursor is located in
first window) to the end of `foo' is pasted to xterm.
I do hope the bug is reproducible there. I remember I've been
suffering similar problems earlyer (and usually pasting lot
of grab on IRC/SILC windows)
