Yes. That's simplest, since I expect things to Just Work in 21.5 (yo,
Nix? are you running 21.5 yet?) because 21.5 does have a toolbar
face. And if they don't Just Work, we'll _have_ to fix that.

Correct. I don't understand how toolbar colors work at the moment,
since somehow the original glyphs get the right colors!
