Looks good.
It's interesting to note that, if you ignore the auctex
installation instructions and do NOT put the following into
"~/.xemacs/init.el", everything works fine:
(require 'tex-site)
Basically, XEmacs' auto-autoloads take care of the auctex
initialization, and eliminate the need for the `require'.
