Hi Vin, is minitar.exe part of your install kit?
minitar.exe was not part of the previous install kit, but it is part
of test4, which I will be uploading very shortly. I don't use minitar
myself (obviously), but I think XEmacs will find it on the path; it's
in the i586-pc-win32 directory.
