Dear Bug Team!
I haven't been able to get this to happen reliably, but it seems as
though buffers are getting reordered from time to time. Where I see
it most often is in the following steps:
* Enter dired and walk a directory tree.
* Using dired, edit a file.
* Make many changes to the file, save it, and kill the buffer.
Normally, after this, you would be back in the last dired buffer that
you were working on, but lately I seem to wind up back in the scratch
buffer (but not always). I usually have to rerun dired and walk the
directories again. The dired buffer(s) are still there, it just isn't
the top buffer anymore.
