ruby-modes package updates

in CVS, 1.02, is quite out-of-date and my own version is synced to a
fairly recent upstream version (I think the one distributed with ruby
1.8.7).
If you're building from packages, send along what you've got to
xemacs-patches and we'll get to work while we see about the maintainer
thing. (Yes, we would prefer going that route, I'm sure but there are
some formalities we need to go through.)
As for elisp questions, that's what we're here for. You can ask those
anyway.:-)
