BUG: XEmacs 21.4.8 + Mule-UCS doesn't handle the Euro sign in UTF-8
Attached is a test file 'euro.UTF-8' which contains an Euro Sign in
UTF-8. When loading it into XEmacs with
C-u C-x C-f euro.UTF-8 RET utf-8 RET
the Euro Sign is converted into a question mark:
-*- coding: utf-8 -*-
Euro: '?'
