Is there any chance you could make this autoconf detectable and
contribute that back. Alternatively could point to some Autoconf

after finally connecting to the site ( i think it also went as far
as
succsessfully changing into the proper directory), xemacs promptly crashed.
From the look of where it crashed in the code it seems it got the
index file correctly.

Which Motif is that? Does it match the set of X libs you got? Does
compiling without motif help?
