I work mostly within the xterm (xemacs -nw...), and I've

all my fontlock colors to work in the terminal. Everything's fine,
but I still do wish I could get more than the 16 standard xterm
colors when in xterm. The manual seems to suggest that I can do
this somehow, but I haven't had any luck.
Which manual are you referring to? The xterm manual or the XEmacs
manual?
There might be a sequence that tells color xterm to use an arbitrary
color specified with RGB, but I don't think XEmacs uses it. It might
not be too hard to make it use it, though...
