Hi Steve, Stephen is actively working to fix this problem.
I am convinced now, that storing package-info.in files in binary form
is a bad thing. Please let's not do it!
Conseptually, those files are just lisp fragments.
We want to be able to diff, merge, patch these.
CVS cannot do this with files stored as binary files.
