I build Jareth's gifreader, in preparation for building 21.0-b42.
I patched up from b41.
Ahem. In a last minute attempt to make sure that giflib (an older
version of which is still distributed with the Gimp, etc) and
gifreader could co-exist peacefully, I changed the name. However, as
I have both, I forgot to change XEmacs... Patch upcomming in xemacs-patches...
