Installing Pre-Release Packages works, but package-index seems bad

Here's my package install log. Norbert, please take note of the lines matching "Unable to find " They showed up in M-x pui-list-packages after selecting the Pre-Releases site in 21.4.12. I consider this a defect. BTW, I'm already Gnusing the 5.10.1 XEmacs package! It even seems faster than 5.8.8! And C-u / s SUBJECT now limits to articles NOT matching SUBJECT. I love it, Steve!
