The files I'm trying to solve are etc/gnuserv.1 and etc/gnuserv.README. They are quite old so there is nothing in hg annotate except your name! And there is no trace in the ChangeLog from the Authors mentioned in the files. To get on I'll commit these files without copyright notice and if we can have it like that we can add the right copyright notice later.
