Wrong. It's not defined in any XEmacs without EFS installed (like
mine on Linux, for example). This shouldn't be an error.
Therefore the ediff-buffers will not run for example.
Also the menu definitions are not there (unlike my xemacs 20.4)
I don't know about this one.
