Yes, and No. in the current(unstable branch, aka. sid) Debian, fontconfig.h seems have
both function name avaiable. But when it throw out a link error with a non-exist symbol
whose name is "FcConfigGetInverval_replaced_by_fcconfiggetinterval" or
"FcConfigSetInverval_replaced_by_fcconfigsetinterval".
It's very interesting :D

Does fontconfig.h in the current Debian packages make the old names
(FcConfigGetInverval, FcConfigSetInverval) available too? If so, then we
can stick with the existing code; if not, we'll have to add an autoconf
test to work around the incompatibility.
