Upcoming CC Mode 5.31: What should I do for XEmacs?

Hi, XEmacs! A new version of CC Mode, version 5.31, will be released VERY soon - today or tomorrow. I'm doing this release rather than Martin, partly because Martin's very busy with things outside Emacs at the moment, and partly because I want to do it. :-) I've already checked the XEmacs CVS archive (by downloading it from <http://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/packages/cc-mode-1.45-pkg.tar>), and it seems XEmacs has made no changes to the CC Mode sources since version 5.30.10 was released. So, what should I do? Should I commit the new sources myself (in which case, please supply me with write access and a URL containing instructions), or is there a liaison person who looks after this (in which case, sir or madam, identify yourself!), or should I post the patches to <xemacs-patches(a)xemacs.org&gt;? If "RTFM" springs to mind, then please point me at the appropriate "M". I have read <http://www.xemacs.org/Develop/>;. Also, please cut me a little slack - I've not done a release before.
