Patches to configure are huge and unnecessary, and typically fail to cleanly apply because of the explicit line number information. Committer should regenerate. If you notice that a patch to configure.in is _not_ reflected in configure, please report it to xemacs-beta as a bug; any committer can fix it trivially.
