Which version are you trying to use? Current HEAD expects packages to
install in $prefix/share/... It probably makes sense to update the
information on the site once 21.5.29 is out.
It would be nice if XEmacs would also look in $prefix/lib by default for
a few releases to make it easier on people to change over to the new
location.
