3. text-mode 1.13 is broken. The '(defvar flyspel-mode-map)'

fly-spell.el should get an autoload. BTW Big Kudoo's to whoever
implemented that errors in init files now are reported as warnings.
(Yes I know that is not new).
I saw that in testing. I got three copies of an updated flyspell.el plus
patches and I had no idea which one was supposed to go in so I picked
one.
