I didn't know that. But the problem is that it disappeared from
XEmacs 21.0. A find over the whole XEmacs-package and XEmacs core
sources didn't reveal anything. The file must have been lost (or was
this intentional, I couldn't find a ChangeLog entry either) when
creating the packages.:-(
