I learned a new word today: crotchety
Can't say I fully understand its meaning. Is it similar to "cranky"?
Yes, with a slightly different semantic load. Babies are cranky; old men
(the kind that sit on their porches and yell at kids to get off the lawn)
are crotchety. Sometimes, young men (the kind that stay up too late drinking
with co-workers and then get up early to go back to work) are crotchety too.
[PHP]
I played with Apache on my Windows NT laptop and came across PHP.
I'll learn about it first before I contemplate it further.
I've mostly seen it used as a glue language to connect to SQL servers
driving dynamic websites. If you're looking for something of that nature,
Mason is similar, but it uses Perl and mod_perl. Might be a smaller learning
curve.
You have done a great job.
I like html2content.pl too. Is that yours?
Converting "Architecting XEmacs" was a snap with it.
Yes, that's mine. Thanks.

Good point. I'll have to think about this for a bit.
I wouldn't lose sleep over it. AFAIK, we don't _have_ any mirrors, so it's a
non-issue.
john,
who needs to stop going out on 'school nights'...
