Scrollbar problems in b40 and b41

Hi there! Perhaps I missed this one the last betas. I mentined it first after the build of b41 today, and I patched back to b40 to see if it happened in b40 also. The scrollbars show minimal thumbs for unscrollable buffers and maximum thumbs for buffers that are scrollable. Some sort of inverted behaviour. This happened with all sorts of Xaw libs (orig, 3d, neXtaw). The picture shows a xemacs -vinalla with neXtaw libs. The upper window shows tests/Dnd/droptest.el, the lower window is the eval-buffer result of the upper. The lower is smaller than the window, the upper is much larger than the window. But the scrollbars show it the other way. Any ideas? Regards, Oliver.
