Brave choice. (GNU code, most of which we adopt unchanged, is

Yes, I found that to be true. I ironed things out by checking the packages
file to follow dependencies. At start up xemacs is less than 10MB!
Also, don't hesistate to supply details in first posts. The upper
limit on posts to this list is something like 100KB by default. Feel
free to use it! :-)
I like to keep first posts minimal so as not to overwhelm.
