Well, I've heard nothing vetoing this from the board, so I am tagging the XEmacs tree with GTK_PREMERGE in case we need to roll it back, and then will proceed on to the checkin of the GTK code on the release-21-2 branch. Tagging done... quicker than I thought. Comitting now. Wheee! -Bill P.
