21.4.0 segfault on debain 2.2r2 with athena widgets

They simply substitute Xaw3d for Xaw although they are _not_ binary compatible if there are any 3d widget extensions used (such as the progress bar). The "different size" messages are characteristic of this problem. Use --with-widgets=athena --with-athena=3d to get support for Xaw3d, NExTaw and something else are also supported, I believe.
