Unfortunately a lot of our mirrors make pretty poor mirrors - they seem
universally slow. However, cygwin hsa the same problem and I'm not really
sure whether there is a good solution. Also many mirrors take a while to
sync, you should probably always get setup.exe from the website so that it
can warn you if you are out of date wrt the mirror site.
