I'll be happy to test this as soon as I can get a fix for my other problem
... I can't access one of my POP3 servers at all because they (AT&T)
switched to an SSL port. I've found some references to pop3s and stunnel,
but nothing clear enough for me to procede on.
Once I can find out how to use SSL with gnus, I'll be back to test this out.
