I am using CVS on WindowsNT4sp3.
I got it from
http://download.cyclic.com/pub/cvs-1.9/windows/cvs-1.9-win.zip
if memory serves.
Make sure your %HOME%\.cvsrc file is valid if you have one.
Move it out of the way in case of trouble.
It works great. The only other thing is that it may not be able to
patch up and have to refetch (use -z9 for best performance). This
would indicate that you have no, or the wrong, patch program on your
path.
