Why?
To avoid 1e3 special cases in the Makefile.in.in. It's already done
in my private tree, with the Makefile support. I'm working on the
installation directory detection part and we should have a fully
featured pdump support by the end of the week-end.
BTW, it's -nd/--no-dump-file I've chosen yesterday when writing it :-)
