XEmacs may simply not recognize those---IIRC this stuff is hard-coded
in the keyboard reader (probably event-Xt.c). I've never actually
seen an F14 key, how do you generate that keysym on your keyboard? Do
you have such a key, or is it some kind of shift (eg, Fn+F2)?
