The "ftp" from /usr/bin is in the path before the Windows version.

I tried doing this, but if possible, it works even worse than the Cygwin
version. When I try to do something with it, I get a dialog box that says
something like "ftp anonymous(a)ftp.xemacs.org not a pty, kill?". Do I have to
restart XEmacs after moving it out of the way? I hope that moving Cygwin's out
of the way isn't a permanent solution.
