No. I have a (vague) plan of adding support for server-mode sockets to
XEmacs[1]. IIRC, the real issues EICQ has is that it needs listen-mode
UDP sockets, yes?
In which case that would address the issue, assuming I find time in the
near future to implement server-mode sockets.
