Xquartz 2.5 installed (and in use, I think).
I don't understand the LISP side of xemacs at all. But it does
appear from the call stack that LISP is involved here. Maybe there
is something that can be put in the .xemacs file?
Right, that's what I'd like. Or better yet, something that gets
hooked on Mac OS X at initialization.
I'm definitely weak at xemacs configuration.
Er, I have no problem with calling you "highly optimized". :-) If
"text editor" is what you want, it should be possible for us to give
you one that exceeds expectations in almost all ways (modulo
proprietary dehancements... :-).
