setting of the package system to no check.
It is not going to be gnupg, at least not yet. gnupg appears to be
unusable by design on BSDI.
It may be possible to sign the binaries after they have crossed the US
and landed on the FTP site as they are copied over an encrypted link
with ssh, but that is missing the point of signing, I believe.
